This is my second remodel with Kitchenmart. My kitchen was such a success that I decided to tackle the master bath. Susan Parker was invaluable in helping me with the multitude of design and finishing decisions. While we experienced a few hiccups along the way I was able to enlist the aid of the right people at Kitchenmart to resolve everything to my satisfaction. I have beautiful bathroom

The workmen were always on time, and very polite and friendly. Our new countertops look beautiful, and we love them. They were finished very nicely, and when there were some small items to fix, it was done quickly and competently.

From the project manager forward, the team was responsive, and helpful. Importantly they were also timely. Things were done like clockwork as promised. When I had questions or concerns, the PM and team addresses them quickly - e.g. replacing a nicked cabinet door, coming up with a solution for my breadboard etc. Like many homes I’m sure, there were also surprises, mine was the dishwasher hookups. Refrigerator not moved so still finding "gravel" under fridge. Plastic screens never put up during demolition as stated they would be. Project manager never come by during demolition of old counters or installation of countertops. On positive side skilled workers were excellent and countertops look great.

We have had several projects with KitchenMart (Kitchen and a full bathroom remodel). The products and finishes used are state-of-the-art and functional. We love our new Corian countertops!! We want to give a shout out to the following employees who put our kitchen project together to our satisfaction. Their work ethic was professional. We also appreciate that they were friendly too. They also made sure that our hardwood floor was protected by putting down padding and all openings were shielded by plastic wraps to lessen the dust from going into other rooms. We are very pleased with the final remodeling results of our main and guest baths. Also pleased with the crew that installed same. Everyone was very attentive to our concerns during the process.
