Our appointment was timely, efficient, and informational.
The moment you walk in you can tell they are expecting your child with the names on the board. Nice touch to making this a personable experience. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. Even though we came 30 min early we were taken to a room right away. My daughter was occupied with the toys in the room and I was pretty surprised that she didn't fuss at all when her teeth was being cleaned. Amazing and personal care. So patent with my daughter who cries when we come and with my other daughter on her first visit. I look forward to our dental appointments because of the people. The new office is also an asset! So fun for the kids.
I just took my son here and he had a wonderful experience. It has got to be good if a kid wants to stay after their appointment because they had so much fun!
The office setting is very inviting for children and parents. I really loved the fact that she has her name on the board to show that she will have a visit . All staff were nice and easy to speak with, dr. Banks was great!!! She sang to our daughter while giving her the exam (even though she cried) after we let her play some more so she could calm down and want to come back. This was the best dental office I've ever seen. Thank you Dr. Banks for making this possible for our family.
Best pediatric dentist I have ever been to, My kids love going there.
AMAZING experience! Before your first appointment Dr. Banks calls you personally to learn more about your child and your wishes/concerns as a parent...really!!! From the moment you drive up you know this is a place for kids! Walking in the office you are greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. My child actually let you clean her teeth. That's pretty great considering she cried the entire time at our regular dentist (who is very skilled and very nice as well). We loved the new facility and the staff was friendly and well trained.
