I got two sales pitches to buy their insurance program before the vet even got to the examining room. I was going to be charged $400 for my cat's first appointment there. If I would buy the $1200 insurance program...I would have only had to pay $200 on that day...and be responsible for another $100 per month for another 11 months. That is $1400!

We called to bring our dog in for an ear infection we got an appointment. We then proceeded to wait for 30 min to be seen. Then when the vet finally came she looked at her ear then proceeded to take samples of skin that was a little red on her stomach that our dog has had her whole life. They didn't ask if we wanted to have the skin tested. They came back in with the estimated cost of treatment telling us we needed all these different things that added up to $675. We told them all we wanted was to get her ear treated not any... read more

We signed up for a program that was supposed to save us money and include a visit. We scheduled a visit, then they asked us to come in an hour early. We came in for the earlier appointment, and they made us wait 40 minutes to be seen. They spent 5 minutes with our pet, took a skin sample, Looked at it under a microscope, gave us a few pills and small lotion, then charged me $155. This visit was suppose to be part of the plan we signed up for. From now on, we will drive 30 minutes and pay the toll to take our pet to jone... read more
