Excellent experience from the start with Mike on thru the installations with Aaron as well as Jason and Pat. The entire time involved has been wonderful and we look forward to completing the project soon. Prices and service are top notch.
Great service, we worked with Mike from start to finish. He walked us thru different products to help us find exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. Installation went perfect. The fact that they keep us informed and followed thru after the job made us feel important.
I live in a old farm house nothing is square or level. I contacted numerous contractors and flooring places for estimates with no luck. So tried K& N. Talked to Matt and set up appt. Mike came out, we walked thru the rooms, I asked him if he had any suggestions on products. He made a few, and now we have a new floor and we love it. The installer was awesome. Expectations exceeded from sales to installation - earlier than promised. And thrilled with the products. I had ceramic tile installed on an indoor patio that turned out so well that I hired them again to install a backspash in my kitchen. I refer K & N to all my friends looking for quality at a reasonable price with dependable customer service.
Great selection of products for many needs and I needed them all. The installation was top notch. They have expert installers who are very friendly, willing and patient to answer questions, and fast. The flooring looks awesome. I have recommended K&N to everyone who asks and will be going there in the future for all of my flooring needs.
