Couple weeks back I posted a less than favorable review. The owner came out to the house after my review was posted. She started off by trashing our house and accusing us of buying cheap paint. House was paint by a licensed professional painter. The she suggested we put furniture over the area where carpet had a hump. Attempting to deflect blame she said our floor was warped and we should get a contractor to fix floor. There is nothing wrong with our floor.
