Kathy cleaned my teeth at my last visit and did an excellent job. She also explained fully what was going on with my bone loss and what my options were to counteract the situation.

I arrived late to my appointment, but the staff still allowed me to keep my appointment, and were friendly and professional.

CALLED ON SAT @ 8:15 AM APPT SCHEDULED FOR 9:20 AM. EXPLAINED TO KIM AND DR. BHATTI I WAS EXPERIENCING DISCOMFORT ON THE LOWER RIGHT SIDE OF MY FACE WHERE THE PARTIAL WAS SITTING. DR. BHATTI CHECKED FOR ANY SENSITIVITY AND DETERMINED THAT THE ANCHOR ON MY PARTIAL HAD TO BE ADJUSTED. DR. B SMOOTHED THE TOP TOOTH ABOVE THE ANCHOR AND ADJUSTED THE ANCHOR ON MY PARTIAL ON THE RIGHT SIDE. I returned to Knollwood after an almost 3 year absence, due to not having insurance. I could not bring myself to go to another facility. I was absolutely thrilled that Maria was still working there, and she (as usual) took great care of me. I have been a patient at Knollwood since I was in my teens, and cannot imagine going anywhere else. I am happy I made the decision to return, regardless of my lack of insurance.
