Worst dental office I have ever had. You do not have any idea how much you will be charged for the service they did not tell you at all but only found out when the bills showed up. Avoid this dental office.
I got invoice in 2019 of 2017 treatment. My wife called the office to ask what it is. A lady who got a call was really rude. she said that they claimed it 4 times but insurance company declined it, then patient should pay for it. No further explanation. It was annoying tone. We recalled what we got in 2017. It was cleaning and root treatments. We don't know what they asked to claim. If it was not covered by insurance, we wouldn't star to get it. My husband wanted to be in the room with her and was not allowed. She didn’t get a full cleaning or floride. I think we will be taking my entire family somewhere else.
My appointment was at 3:40pm. I was taken back for my cleaning around 4:00pm. My cleaning was finished and I waited approximately 15 minutes to see a dentist. I was told it would be 5 more minutes. Needless to say I left without seeing him.
Wasn't told I was having xrays today, was just scheduled for a cleaning. The xray technician was rude, and made me feel bad about myself because I couldn't open my mouth wider for her. I have jaw pain, and my mouth doesn't open as wide as a result. I also have a latex allergy, which has been on my chart and I even circled again today when I filled out an updated info sheet, and she missed it after touching my face and mouth with the first xray before she asked me if I was allergic to latex, then she switched her gloves to la... read more
I have been here for a few years, but today I came in for a visit and had to change my insurance. I'm 25 and just got a new job, so I was understandably under my parents' insurance. The woman at the front desk got very snappy and told me "you should be under your own insurance now because you're an adult now and need to be responsible for yourself." told my filling was too large should get a cap, after gridding down the tooth was told it might not hold but we could figure something out later...ha ha now they are talking implante
i was given a unnecessary root canal because he wanted to put in a post, end result after a crown, lost the tooth.forced the decision while i was going through my chemo. had to stop treatments. wanted to do a bridge, other dentist said it might last a year...
I love Karen the hygienist. She is why I drive an hour to still come here! So gentle and personable.
