I came to see Dr. Lydia Kossak today in an effort to save my bridgework, and avoid an untimely potential need for a replacement. Dr. Lydia was up front and said long term I will be looking at a more progressive and expensive need; but spent today working to extend the life of this bridge. After exhausting my dental insurance for 2017 with prior oral surgery, she worked with me to hang on to this bridge and give me time to prepare for the future expenses to come. The entire staff is friendly and professional. From the moment I arrived I was greeted. Everything is explained as the appointment proceeds. The hygienist was kind and the cleaning was painless. The doctor explained what needed to be done and what to expect if the problem I was having didn't resolve. At billing there were some glitches with a outside billing but I asked if I could have a few days to get the amount owed to them and that was not a problem. Top notch facility. Would highly recommend.
Welcoming front desk; very attractive atmosphere. I like the location; close to my home. The waiting time was perfect. I liked the hygenist , Tracy. She did a great job on me. Meeting Dr. Kossak assured me that I was steered in the right direction. I look forward to being a patient at your facility . I was with my previous dentist for 40 years and was worried when he retired thinking it would be very difficult to move on and was pleasantly surprised at the experience.
I cannot believe how pleasant, considerate, gentle, precise and an expert in the dental field as Doctor Kim was today when he took care of my dental problem. He made sure to explain every single step he was going to do from beginning to the last step and then ask if there are any questions!! He had done a great job on two of my teeth and they now look perfect! His assistant also did a great job and knew what she was doing.
From the time I entered the building to checking out, everything and everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for! Thank you Dr. Kraus for your patience and time in explaining the procedures that I'll need!
I had a dental emergency. Knollwood got me right in without an appointment.
