My appointment was at 6:20pm. The hygienist began working on my teeth at 6:50pm. Don't know if there was an emergency, overbooked, or understaffed. Never have waited that long.
Knollwood is like my second home and I can't say enough good things about the professional staff starting the moment you walk in ( Jan, Rachel, Diane) to name a few. Today I saw Maria and Dr. Anderson, both of them very caring with a great bed side manner. Let's face it, no one likes to go the dentist but you guys sure make the experience much more comfortable.
Dr. Kim? was pleasant and easy going. The staff is polite and hygienists do a great job because they know what they are doing. If a question needs answered, they provide the answer. Clean rooms also.
