This is my first Survey and as I was driving back, I thought , Wow ! Karen did a fantastic job, my teeth feel so smooth. I also thought I should call and tell them this. and here is a survey !! Nancy did great with my X-rays , And this is the first time in a while that I saw Dr Kraus. He did well too, I was welcomed when I came in and was sent off happily too.. Very pleased with the outcome. Everything explained very thoroughly, in a professional manner.
My experience went really well. After transferring dentist offices, I found that this dental office was very concerned with the health of my teeth. Dr. Kraus (pardon the spelling) was very accepting and welcoming. This place made me feel like I belong and was appreciative of my business. Also Taylor, the dental assistant who cleaned my teeth, was very informative and knowledgeable about not only teeth in general, but specifically my teeth. Always a great experience. Barely a wait, efficient, and always personable. Even did a filling right after a cleaning for my son so we wouldn't have to make another visit.
