Very Professional and Friendly
The doctor was fine, but everytime I come in, getting my whitening for life trays is like pulling teeth! Last time they were out, so now I have to take time to come back again! They told me to call back in a month to see if they are in. Also, when I checked out, the receptionist made a comment about my visit possibly not being covered. This is why I waited to get tho procedure done at that time. Frustrating!
Dr. Kim were very thoughtful. My cavity was in the back. He kept me informed and made sure I was confortable.
My family has been a long time patron of Knollwood. We all love the service and staff! Kathy, hygienist, is the BEST! Very professional and very personable! We would not go anywhere else for our dentistry needs!
