Staff are always professional, and very welcoming at the dentist office. Appointments are always on time, and I'm in and out.
First time visit and so glad I am and switched places where I use to go to Knollwood Dental Care. I plan on letting my family know as well.
Everyone was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in the door!! I came home excited to tell my family what a wonderful dentist office I had found. Dr. Kim and his chair side, I believe her name was Jennifer, we're both amazing. They were very patient and very through making sure I understood everything that was being done. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a Great dental office.
Always very professional-just don't like the fact that are dental insurance is out of the network at Knollwood Dental :(
I absolutely loved the service and great attitudes of every worker I encountered!
Broke my tooth Sunday and called answering service. Got a call back and went in on Monday. Got in right away and came back later in the day to take care of my broken front tooth.
Everyone knows going to the dentist is not usually what we look forward to, but at Knollwood everyone is always so pleasant and professional, even Dr. Krause (lol). My teeth always feel so clean after Maria does her magic on them that I don't want to eat, and lose that feeling.
I had two fillings done. They look great although my face felt numb for around 5 hours. Maybe this is normal, but it felt quite long
