Getting prepped for a new crown isn't exactly a barrel of fun. However Dr. Krause and Lydia did an excellent job...appreciated their TLC.
excellent care, kind, and efficient
Once again, Amanda and Dr. Williams did an excellent job. Both are very courteous and professional. Dr. Williams always describes the next procedure she plans to do, so I know what is coming next. Amanda does likewise. I am never left wondering what is going on or when it will happen. I am now sure that Dr. Williams and Knollwood will be my primary source for dental care on a permanent basis.
Staff was very courteous and the building is up kept well.
