Somewhere along the line from my cleaning appointment a couple of weeks earlier to today's appointment I guess there was some miscommunication. I thought I was having a filling replaced and I was prepped for a crown even though we are still waiting for approval from my insurance which already denied the crown and your office was going to resubmit the claim. I have had teeth cleaning performed by several hygienists over the years, Karen did the most thorough job I've ever had. Dr Krause explained the procedures I may need in the future in great detail including the priorities for each. A thoroughly satisfying dental visit.
Everyone at Knollwood was careful during the whole procedure to make sure I was well informed and quickly and comfortably taken care of.
