Awesome. Staff is always friendly. My kids love coming to Knollwood.
Most of all procedures were explained, before they were performed. Everyone tends to be polite with everyone, no matter it be a patient or a co-worker...that is nice. Regarding the x-rays for the mouth. They are way too large and tend to 'scratch' the inside of the mouth. Maybe parts of the apparatus should have a coating of a special thin coating of 'rubber'? It was great.
Very nice. I require a little more work than routine, and the Dr fit me in that day to complete one of the procedures. They were very efficient checking my billing and coverages. That is much appreciated as many businesses don't bother. Thank you, very professional
Very friendly hygienist who was efficient and made the cleaning process never dreaded. Explained how to better address dental issues.
Periodontal team were great....wish i could still see them,but their work is done. My gums feel great and Dr. Anderson and her team have done a great job....thank you for your expertise
I always feel that I am receiving competent care from pleasant and well-trained professionals, which I guess is why I've been with the evolving practice since 1972.
