Dr. Kim, and all the staff at Knollwood Dental are so thoughtful, and really care about their patients' comfort and while very professional, are kind, friendly and do have a good sense of humor. They totally need that with "some" of us. :)
Very clean, comfortable office with friendly, accommodating staff - I am not a fan of going to the dentist but Knollwood made me feel better by allowing me to ask questions and have them explain everything that would be done at the appointment. I am a new patient, but so far ... they are great.
Everyone was so very helpful and friendly.

My only hesitation about 5 stars is my lower lip which is very swollen. I wasn't expecting this much swelling and may have changed the plan from one visit for two fillings to two visits, one for each filling. However, I am not in pain and realize that the swelling will subside.
All staff and doctors are always friendly, prompt and efficient. They show such care for all patients. My children don't mind going to the dentist when they know they will be greater with a smile.

I had my very first crown today. Didn't know what to expect. Dr Kraus explained in detail what he was going to do as well as the assistants. I didn't want to know. I just wanted it over fast. I didn't want to feel a thing. I was a little nervous but the hygienist suggested that I use the laughing gas to make me at ease. I did. Dr Kraus did a great job, I didn't feel a thing. The girls were patient with me. They even turned on the massager on the chair to make me feel relaxed. It was over and done real soon. ... read more
