I'm a first time patient. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Dentist and dental assistant we're very knowledgeable and informative.
I have been coming here for maybe 10 years, and I love this office. The front desk staff is always nice (even at 7:30am :-) The hygienists are friendly and put you at ease. The dentist explains what he is going to do before he does it. I don't have fear of going to the dentist, but if I did, this would be an awesome to place to be.
Great visit, as usual, did not wait long and everything went smoothly.
It was very accommodating as usual. Everyone was cordial and pleasant. Tracy is my hygenist & is very thorough & reassuring. I've always been happy with Knollwood Dental.
