Kolby and his team made the home buying experience painless. I was stressing and Kolby was able to calm my fears and educated me on the process, lifting my burdens. Kolby and his team made a difficult process much less stressful considering this was a 1031 exchange, I was in OR, the property I was selling was in the San Francisco area and the property I was buying was in San Diego. They were on top of everything. Their level of expertise made every step that much easier and more understandable. Kolby and his team were there for my wife and I through each step of the home buying process. It was our first home purchase and they were so patient and explained everything. They even took on our loan after it was already started by another loan officer and they made it a seamless transition. Thank you so much Kolby for the work you and your team put in. I have been using Kolby Gibson for loans for the past 20 + years. I have financed and refinanced properties in the San Fernando Valley over 10 times and in all of those years his integrity shines through. My jumbo loan was handled seamlessly. In a business that is filled with corruption, it is refreshing to know that when he tells you something you know that it is true. If Kolby tells you that he can get you the loan you can bank on it. I will not use anyone else.

Walked me through the entire process. Great experience. I couldnt be happier with the entire transaction, way better than trying to get a bank loan. They know what they are doing, never came back asking for additional information, documents, income statements, etc....
