RecommendedWe have been dealing with an occassional main sewer line backup for the last 6 months and have dealt with multiple plumbing companies. Every time someone came out it was excuses about cause but no to minimal work completed. I called Korrect plumbing this morning and they were able to schedule me in for this afternoon. Dan did a great job fixing the issue and was incredibly helpful by explaining what was going on. I will most definitely use them for any other future problems!
RecommendedI've had Korrect do all my plumbing work for almost a decade, including a full house re-plumb when we bought a home with corroded galvanized pipes. The job is picture-perfect, and actually came in very reasonably within our budget. What I love best is that the plumbers and managers are customer-first and the quality of the work is exceptional. I will never call another plumber.
I hired Korrect to diagnose and provide an estimate for an AC which will not cool house below 79degrees. I paid $150 for this service. The report does not provide a reason but says there are 4 possible reasons Lack of capacity Duct issues Insulation Undersized unit The report ends by stating more information needs to be gathered before a price can be given for type of possible solution to resolve the AC not cooling the home adequately. I had my main drain cleaned the worker did a good job he was there 41 minutes when I got a bill for $377.00 I thought it was high. When I called the office I was told that job is scheduled for 1 1/2 hours if they get done early it is still the same price. I called Korrect twice about the spring cleaning special to make sure what was expected for the $119.00 they offered. Twice they gave me the same answer. The technician arrived inspected and cleaned inside. Went outside looked came back and said the cost would be around $400 or $500. if he cleaned the outside unity with spray and hoseing off coils. Thanks for the feedback – we always try our best to communicate what we include in a service when the request is placed. Our service manager reviewed the recorded phone call and the customer was made aware that any additional work or repairs needed would be presented to the owner before completion. The condition of the unit required significantly more work than we include in a normal cooling service. We apologize if the communication wasn’t clear enough and will try to improve moving forward.
Sorry (I hate having to post anything, especially something like this) but after using Korrect for 5 years or so, this last experience over a simple clogged drain was a nightmare and personally infuriating. The 'drain' tech Korrect sent this week was a horror show. Busted the trap, ruined our Pergo, etc., etc., left without clearing the drain and then, Dean, the boss, told us WE WERE LIARS and go somewhere else... after calling to discuss the job - done/ not done.
