I will never use Korrect Plumbing again they charged us $217 to come out and tell us that the Cartridge in the faucet were bad. The truth was there was nothing wrong with the cartridge we just didn’t know how to turn the Fossett on correctly. I know that sounds funny but this Fossett was different. When they come out the second time the plumber knew what was wrong with it you just had to pull out first and turn. to charge 219 dollars to do 1drain is way to much for the average home owner to pay .I would not recommend your company.
After waiting the entire four hour window of the appointment time, I called to find out they would be at least 15 minutes outside of the time. I had other things to do and canceled. I feel that there should have been a call from them, letting me know.
