We have had a recurring water backup over the years. It happened again a few days ago and we decided to go with Korrect this time. Ed came and checked every line, found one that a previous company had not cleaned out and it seemed to be the culprit. He was very professional and explained every part of it to me, answered questions and told me of options for better clean out access. He did not try to upsell me, just gave me the info. We will definitely stick with this company.

Korrect was great. Their service folks were right in the window they said they would be and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. They were professional and friendly.
We had a drain blockage which resulted in water coming up under wood floor and carpet. We contacted them and they sent technicians out asap. That's what I call customer service. I would highly recommend this company. Customer oriented, capable and polite - plus they fixed my problem!
