I never make feedback posts for companies but this one is deserving… I called for help with a clogged drain in my bathtub and a clogged garbage disposal. This is my first home I’ve ever owned and I am clueless about plumbing. Korrect was at my home within 30 minutes of me calling! Korrect was chosen by my wife, Brenda, who is a leading Oakwood area realtor. Brenda knows who does exceptional work for reasonable prices. Our water heater began leaking the night before leaving on a cruise. I phoned Korrect to arrange a replacement the morning after returning. Rik showed up on time and performed the work as promised at the agreed upon price. He was knowledgeable, polite and well spoken. Korrect better treat rare employees like that as royalty.
