This experience was absolutely amazing. I am not a huge fan of debt, nor do I wish for people to get into debt. I preach this constantly to my friends. With that said, Kraig Spence helped so much in the home buying process. I honestly would not have gone through with it without him. He helped us quickly and held up great honesty and integrity standards. I now understand why Dave Ramsey recommends Churchill, being my financial adviser and all. I will recommend Kraig Spence to everyone.

Kraig was awesome to work with. I chose "just ok" to rate my experience because of the documentation. There were a few times when we were sent multiples of the same form and were required to sign them again. I know that is out of Kraig's control which is why I don't want this survey to negatively reflect on him.

I learned about Churchill Mortgage from listening to the Dave Ramsey show. Communication with Mr. Spence and his team was excellent from start to finish. Mr. Spence advice was very honest and all the figures we went over in the beginning were on point and never changed. I will mostly definitely recommend using Churchill Mortgage.
