The process was extremely easy and quick. Kraig took the time to really work through the process and educate us on all the options and steps. I loved the visual presentation that he put together for us. We referred back to it several times. The one thing I didn't care for was the digital document signing process. The process was easy enough but I couldn't view the documents once they had been signed.
