Kraig was always very professional in the way he handled my calls, and very courteous...He explained the process to me very clearly which is very important in the refi process..He always returned my calls and emails in a very timely manner..(Even during the Thanksgiving week.)..Lastly he explained to me some final numbers and closing costs which were not clear to me when I first saw it...He also emailed me those figures in full detail.. Thanks Kraig for making this refi process fairly easy......
