Kraig was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything. Also he was extremely efficient and very up front and honest. He provided all options in detail and showed us pros and cons. We feel we made a very well informed decision and are very happy with our experience. I have bought and sold and refinanced several properties over the years and this was by far the most pleasant.
