Kraig was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything. Also he was extremely efficient and very up front and honest. He provided all options in detail and showed us pros and cons. We feel we made a very well informed decision and are very happy with our experience. I have bought and sold and refinanced several properties over the years and this was by far the most pleasant. Craig made it a point to have multiple phone conversations explains the loan process and what to expect. If I had any questions he made it clear to call him directly whenever. Truly has the heart of a teacher and I will recommend him and Churchill Mortage to anyone I know who is looking for a company to finance their home!
