Kraig was a pleasure to work with. He informed us of all of the upcoming deadlines that needed to be completed, the industry standards, and different ways to prevent bottlenecks throughout the home buying process. In addition, with the TCA (Total Cost Analysis) he provided us with, we had a sense of peace about what to expect at the closing table. The TCA relieved stress for my wife and I as we wanted to make sure we were not overextending our budget. Thank you for all of your help!

Kraig kept a close eye on the mortgage market and called us when he saw an opportunity to save a significant amount of money. He was able to lock in a low rate and we were able to capitalize on all of the benefits that came with it. He ultimately was able to save us, not tens of thousands , but in excess of 100K(over the life of the loan). Thanks Kraig! You're the best.
