Kraig is affiliated with Dave Ramsey. I've been listening to Dave for years. When the mortgage rates began dropping this year, I called the company that held my mortgage, and I called Kraig. Kraig was thorough, informative, professional, and patient. We communicated many times before we started the refi process. And when we finally started everything, every communication was clear. Kraig and his team NEVER wasted my time. I was NEVER in the dark. I know Kraig is on my side.

The team was always a step ahead of the process and made it easy for us to navigate the always challenging experience of purchasing a house. I appreciated the way you all work in tandem with each other but have distinctive roles.
