We threw so many complications at Kraig, anyone else would have thrown up their hands and walked away. First our house was sold, then it wasn't. We had bought a house, no, wait,we didn't like the inspection. Oh, we've bought another house, wait, the buyers got a better offer and have voided the contract. Finally, we've found out dream home, but the buyer of our house is contingent and they have to sell their home. Don't worry , we can find a way to get this done. And he did. Thank you!

Working with Kraig was great, but it got confusing when all the other staff get involved. I think there were a total of 5 people in all we worked with. Each of them had their own responsibilities but it is very confusing to keep them all straight especially when a potential home buyer is also working with realtors, inspectors, surveyors and lawyers.
