The online tool for comparing mortgage options was what sold us on using Kraig at Churchill. We were able to know every detail of every portion of our mortgage and how it would impact us long term. For the first time in the 20 years we have owned a home, we felt like we could really make a well-informed decision about a mortgage. We looked at a 30 yr, 20 yr, and 15 yr mortgage and realized that if we had done this when we first bought our home, we could have it paid off already!

Kraig and his team were great to work with. They did keep stressing the importance of turn around time for submitting information that seemed a little excessive, but that is probably due to their experience with people over time.

This is our second home purchase, Kraig and his team did an excellent job communicating with us every step of the way, making sure to let us know who is in charge of what and where our approval was in the process. Unfortunately our first home purchase did not go this smoothly, we were left in the dark, made to jump thru hoops, and had to send documents multiple times leaving us apprehensive to make another home purchase. But Kraig and his team made our purchase painless! Thank you!
