Problems with Product/Service I was a tenant in one of KRCH REALTY'S homes. I, as a tenant paid my rent on time and also gave timely notice to moving out of the home. The home was left in excellent condition. After moving out of the home I was not given my full refund back to me so I filed a claim against them with the small claims court and was eventually given a default judgement in my favor. We found a beautiful house on Zillow and looked at it and then went and filled out the application. We got approved signed the lease payed the deposit of $1400 and agreed on the move in date of 3/17/23. Problems with Product/Service I was given a home without hot water at move in over a week ago. Every time a call the promise to call back with a time and never return the call. Problems with Product/Service About 3 weeks ago i contacted my property manager, Phyllis B***** (of Krch Realty), about needing an authorization form turned in to the City of Ferguson in order to get an occupancy permit. The City will not take my trash out until I have a permit. This has been going on for so long. Problems with Product/Service This company failed to refund me my deposit I paid them to move in the property located at **** ***** *****, St. Louis MO, 63133. I was promised by Juan S****** ( property coordinator) via text message on December 13th I would received 775, which is my full refund. Billing/Collection Issues This company’s property manager (Ruth M****) is turning down our rental assistance payment after (KRCH) failed to communicate or return phone calls (Phyllis) for nearly 2 weeks. Billing/Collection Issues This company keeps trying to charge me $880 for rent during the flood situation in *********. I had abatement so they should not be charging me. I originally signed up for assistance through Safhr but withdrew the application. Since then, they have been trying to charge me the $880 even though I provided proof I withdrew the app. I have asked for someone at the corporate level and they won&#**;t let me speak to anyone.
