Problems with Product/Service This rental company is the absolute worst. We can’t ever get ahold of anyone. We had to renew our lease 30- 45 days prior to our lease ending on 9/30/22. We moved in 10/13/21 . We contacted the company 08/17/22 and 08/26/22 stating we wanted to renew our lease. We called countless times and haven’t heard from anyone. We finally were contacted 10/31/22 by email and were told that if we go month to month is $150 fee on top of the rent and that our rent will be going up. The lease we have states th... read more
Problems with Product/Service No one has come to fix this ongoing problem i have left several messages about this issue every time it rain it leaks on my sons room the floor has become weak and mold has grown all over the wet area . My son as asthma and i do as well and it has cause us to close off this part of the home he cant sleep in their they also came out to fix the 3rd floor bathroom and never finished the left it a mess please help us
Problems with Product/Service Moved in July 15th, paid $3553.00, July 15th that evening the sewer backed up. Called maintenance on July 16th early AM, and was told maintenance would be out, it was a no show. Called on Sunday, stated someone would be out, it was a no show. Go to leasing office located in Florissant, MO and speak with Property Management. She assures me someone will be out. A gentleman comes out and explains he could not go pass 20 feet and was going to explain his concern to the property manager. I reach out ... read more

Problems with Product/Service This company takes months to respond to complaints or maintenance issues or they don’t respond at all or they give your false information. They also discriminate against women by not responding to them or leaving them completely out of any maintenance that may involve safety concerns. They are also biased and one sided and will kick you out for if they don’t like you. Krch realty uses unfair business practices regarding its tenants rights and resolutions.
