Dr. Kressloff was great However, he orders Xiidran, which needs to e recertified. Rite Aid contacted your office on Monday morning that this needed to be done, As of 12:45 on Wednesday, June 7, they have not heard back from you. I have called your office twice. The Ladies in the office are very helpful and assist you to get an appoint as quickly as possible. Dr Michael Kresloff's assistants are very pleasant as they do the preliminary work before you see the doctor. Dr Kresloff is easy going and makes you feel that you are the most important person as he does his assessment and evaluation. He is very thorough and skillful. I love the doctors in this practice. I have recommended to family and friends who are now patients. The service there is excellent. The girl who called my name and examined me was a bit abrupt at first but was better as the examination in the other office went on.The lady who took the picture of the freckle in my eye was very kind and professional. I remember her from previous visits because of her smile and kind manor.So I felt I left with a good visit.i would recommend this practice to everyone.
