As always, professional services were excellent; reasons for certain tests were explained fully and results were reviewed in a very thoughtful and understandable manner. I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Kressloff for 32 years and have been treated for both routine and non-routine issues (and once was treated by Dr. Young for a rather serious corneal ulcer); I have had wonderful treatment experiences over the course of 32 years and have recommended Kressloff and Young to many friends. This was my first visit to the practice. Amy listened to my symptoms on the phone and determined I needed to be seen right away. She scheduled me to be seen the very next day by Dr. Richard Kreslof who was so kind and patient and put my mind at ease regarding my situation. Everything was good, except no one gave me sunglasses and I had a hard time driving myself home every thing was BRIHGT BLUE
