A native of Baton Rouge, Dr. Kristen Talbot received her Bachelor’s degree from LSU in 2006 before moving to New Orleans to attend Tulane University. After obtaining her Master’s degree in 2010, she enrolled in the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. Dr. Talbot earned her M.D. in 2014 and returned home to Baton Rouge to perform her Residency in Internal Medicine at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. It’s so hard to find a doctor today that actually cares. Dr. Talbot is patient, up to date on the newest medical issues, thorough and kind. She makes having to go to the doctor something I don’t dread anymore.
Very thorough in examination and friendly and gives your breakdown and what’s going on with your examination and explaining the consequences of what you need to do to have a more healthier outcome.
She is concerned about her patients. She is very thorough.

Dr. Talbot truly cares about me and my health. I am so glad she is my PCP and knows about my previous health history. She is supportive and gives her honest opinion and professional expertise which mean a lot to me. She has great bedside manner and is genuine!
All the staff are very friendly and Dr Talbot all ways on my visits explains what she found and answers any questions i may have.
