Kristen was extremely professional and helpful as we pursued financing for a new home for our daughter, her first house! Kristen went “above and beyond” in her pursuit to get all of the financing in order in a relatively short period of time due to the closing date that was set. I did have a great experience. It was confusing at times because I was communicating/receiving emails from both Kristen and another partner, Jennifer, so that was confusing at times. I was disappointed that my closing costs were more than I was told. Kirsten was very friendly and helped explain a lot of the process.

She was great to work with very lay back funny person to work with. She would answer her text late at night if I had a question and phone calls. I would recommend anyone to her.

We started at a different mortgage company when thinking of buying a house. That company absolutely dragged their feet, took days to answer questions, and was such a head ache. Realtor recommended kristen peter, we contacted her on a Tuesday, was sitting in her office the next day, and by Friday was asking us for all documents. Shes done nothing but kicked butt in this process, answered early morning texts and late night calls, when we had a random question. Will only go to her from here on out!
