My fiance and I bought our first home and Kristen was with us every step of the way. She was courteous and professional and we never felt uncomfortable during this huge process. Kristen went, in my opinion, above and beyond her role as our mortgage loan officer when she reached out to help in a bad situation involving the seller, after the close (which was quickly resolved after!). I am forever grateful for her services and *highly* recommend her!!!
