BEWARE!!! This so called orthopedic sports medicine doctor will not proscribe anything except OTC pain relief unless you are having surgery. If I had known this I would not have wasted my time or money to see him. I already knew and was doing everything he told me to do, icing, heat, gentle exercise, OCT pain/ inflammation products and the use of Voltaren. I made an appointment with him because none of those things were helping my pain.
Would recommend a second opinion before going ahead with surgery. I agree with several of the other reviews I have read.
Worst doctor situation I have ever been in. This crook intentionally scheduled my last appointment outside of my 90 days so that my insurance wouldn’t cover it and he could make more money. Thanks for being a scummy doctor you crook. Find a REAL doctor over at u of m and don’t waste your time with this fraud.
Do not see this doctor. He does not listen to his patients!! He is uncaring! Treated me with PT for an injury that required surgery. When PT made my injury worse he blew me off! Thank God I went to U of M for second opinion.
I seen Dr. Aalderink for a severe sprained ankle and a bakers cyst behind my knee he sent me back to work without restrictions and said I will be okay i was able to work a day and a half before I had to leave now im on fmla again with extreme pain he should inspect how severe the injury is before he puts people back to work. Now im in physical therapy and they are telling me they cant believe i was sent back to work in the condition im in. Im not impressed with Dr. Aaderinks decision and I will never go back to him ever.
Not helpful at all. Very arrogant and disappointing!
Dr. Aalderink is very insensitive and only listens to his opinion, not patient symptoms or needs. Find a different doctor!
