We appreciate being accepted and are grateful for the loan. There were a few opportunities along the way, though, that would have made this first time home buying experience feel more comfortable. There were multiple questions, mostly in the beginning, still unanswered. We would send emails with the requested documents and questions but only get a few word responses, none answering the questions. There was confusion when discussing the interest rates, which is a huge part of the process.
