This was my first time buying a home. Kristy and her team were awesome. They kept me out of the BS that I have heard goes on when buying a home and only told me what I needed to do. They were VERY patient with me as I'm not the best at checking emails and doing the things I need to do in a timely manner. Yet they were able to pull it off for me and got me into my beautiful new home. Thank you so much Kristy.

I highly recommend Kristy Ragsdale and the whole Bank South team to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and the Ready Loan app made submitting documents a piece of cake. They even found a lower quote on HOI than I could. Interest rates are amazing right now. Take advantage while you can.
