Purchased a car yesterday. Decision and agreement on price point was relatively painless and quick. However, once the agreement was made, getting Finance to complete the paperwork was a long wait. At the time it was very frustrating; there could have been better communication on the reason for the wait. Despite the wait, the staff was really nice and I am beyond happy with the car. I definitely recommend Kuni and would consider purchasing from them again.
In and out for service and check up... all good ....best car I’ve ever had 2011 Cadillac CTS coupe....LOVE IT!....jv
Alex was awesome. No pressure at all. I told him the number I wanted and that I needed to be done by a certain time and he did everything he could to make that happen. Very nice and good sense of humor.
