KUNI CHEVROLET in Sacramento; gotta give them kudos. I got a SMOKIN deal on the Camaro and bought "clear bra". Left the car to have it done and was to pick it up tomorrow. Their Product Coordinator called today, to ask me when I wanted to bring the car back so they could do it. I said, "Its there and was to have been done so I could pick it up tomorrow". David the salesman outstanding, gentleman very helpful. Would highly recommend this gentleman to buy a car from. Also they went out of their way to pick me up a car from Santa Cruz that I wanted. Both sales managers yesterday and today were super.
I actually work at a Cadillac store on the east coast came in with my grandfathers Cadillac for a repair. Was interested to see how service would be, now being on the other side of the desk as a customer at a dealership . Spoke with Chris Estes the service director then worked with Eric Soria at service desk. These two are the pinnacle of what GM dealer service is all about.
