Personally ***** Wittenaur is the source of any calamity in this business. My daughter was denied a rental. So I completed the app paid yet another $65 and my app was accepted. They later sent me a an email regarding occupancy. I listed my daughter and her friend. STAY AWAY (especially military friends) They overcharged me for a cleaning fee and could not provide the justification for it being that high. They offered me multiple things but did not follow through. They offered to take the cleaning fee over a period of time. They ended up going against what was agreed upon and took it out of the first months rent. There were two other requests that we agreed upon that were ignored. They never answer their phones. Left three messages on day of showing - no return call. (Weird how no one answers their phones!) Fourth call we made - someone finally answered. Agent was a no show. States system messed up and our schedule did not show up. Was suppose to show us 2 rentals - had no record of either. However, two days prior, someone called regarding our "scheduled" showings and asked us to forward a copy of our driver's licenses. (Weird, again.) So, they said someone would be there in 20 minutes. They will charge you for every little thing that they can. All they care about is the money and not their residents. The quality of the apartments and “amenities” is not worth what you pay.

As a "Recent Commercial Transaction" (according to their website) we can only speak to the commercial leasing/agent side of their so-called business. However, it is without a doubt the poorest excuse for real estate professionalism in all the years we've worked in real estate. The commercial real estate agent was unprofessional, ignorant, and rude. But most noteworthy is what occurred when the contract was executed. I was a renter from CMG/KWG for just shy of two years. For the most part I received good service when I needed assistance. I am pretty self reliant so I only called when it was a situation I couldn't handle or it wasn't my responsibility. At the end of my lease there was an disagreement with management company and owner.
