Very helpful. He demonstrated a good understanding of his job which gave me confidence. Very friendly interaction. Kunle was always available to answer my questions or promise to get answers to my inquiry as soon as I possibly. He always end our conversation by asking “is there any other thing I can help you with “ that shows that he cares.

Kunle is very knowledgeable about not inly the loan process, but the housing market and getting a property. He was also patient with us the whole process and helped us with the process from the very beginning to the end.

Kunle made sure all my concerns were met and also stick to his words. He made sure I was comfortable in the areas that I wasn’t sure what step I wanted to take. He his very understanding, transparent and professional. He returns call and text in a timely manner and do his very best to make sure you understand the process one step at a time. 11/10 I would recommend Kunle. I was nervous at the beginning of this process due to the lack of knowledge behind what goes on when buying a home for the first time. Kunle took the time to answer any question ls that I had & let’s not forget about the interest rate, that was amazing! Though the loan process takes a team of people, Kunle did frequent check ins to see how things were going and if I had any questions. The transaction went smoothly.
