From the first Kunle at an open house i knew he was the person we were going to go with when i thought the time was right. From our first meeting untill the day we closed Kunle and his associate Janet litteraly walked me through every step of the way. I owned this property outright and just wanted to take some money out of it for bills,repairs etc. From appraisal to closing was with in the 30 days as he promised. Will definitly use them again for our next venture. 5 stars all the way!
Kunle pre-approved me and had me go through the ENTIRE process of purchasing a home. Shopped with a realtor, found a home, underwent attorney review, PAID FOR AN INSPECTION, PAID FOR AN APPRAISAL, PAID FOR A SURVEY, PAID FOR A MOLD SAMPLE TEST, and 2 weeks before my family was set to close- HE TOLD ME HE MADE A MISTAKE. I should have not been approved because my monthly income was off by $1000.00!!! A MISTAKE!!!??? My entire home was packed and we were awaiting closing, a mistake is clearly an understatement.
