The mechanic who fixed my tyre was friendly and efficient with the job. I was given feedback in an email about my car health check. Also from all the other companies I tried before Kwikfit your store was the only place that had a good stock of my wheel and I was able to pay, book and fix my tyre on the same day. This saved me a lot of stress when I was due to travel on the motorway the next day and knowing it was a bank holiday coming up. I have to say the service was same as your name sake kwikfit.

Recently hit a pothole and called in for an emergency wheel alignment. James slotted me in and got it on a ramp and was dead honest with me and found out the issue was more than just an alignment. Really appreciate the honesty and the quick turn around from the team. Thank you James.

Took my campervan here for a service carried out by james.. on collevtion james mentioned ive a small oil leak.. new to me as ive owned the van 4 years and never noticed oil leaking.. barely ever topping it up (typical woman).. 4 month later my oil light came on (first time ever) ive now discovered james didnt tighten the sump plug up and its pouring with oil.. enhigine was close to seizing.. being a single mum traveling with disbled kids alone i dread to think what could have happened if it seized on the motoway.. avoid thi... read more
