I was driving on the M1 when the tyre pressure warning light came on in my Range Rover. The pressure was dropping by around 1 PSI every couple of minutes, so we managed to get off the motorway and Google Maps led us straight to this Kwik Fit. Had a tyre issue on the M1 and limped off the motorway to this Kwik Fit with my husband. With 22” tyres we expected the worst, but Isaac (the manager) was brilliant. He sourced the correct Pirelli tyres from another branch, arranged collection, and had us back on the road far quicker than expected. Friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful service when we really needed it. Highly recommended.
Absolutely 5 star! I had a low pressure tyre issue. A staff at the reception helped me quickly solved the issue. He also checked the other tyres to make sure they are okay. Very quick action and very helpful and friendly.
Service was second to none, honestly couldn’t fault it at all. Isaac who served me was so efficient and really went that extra mile to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Couldn’t recommend the Greenland Rd branch highly enough
Great service from Issac and the team, booked a tyre inspection due to a nail in tyre for 8.30 next day. Received a friendly welcome and inspection was carried out within 20 mins,the fitter explained there was damage to 2 tyres and showed this to me along with a detailed report. I was informed of tyres in stock and price and went ahead ,job was complete in 30 mins. Excellent professional service with a smile from start to finish. Will be using again and reccomending to friends and family.
