I’ve never been charged taxes this high anywhere else. They didn’t have Apple Pay, so I had to leave and come back with cash. On top of that, I couldn’t use my first-time customer discount because it didn’t stack with their Friday sale, so I lost it forever.

Purchased an all in one vape pen from Embarc San Bruno and it didn’t recharge . So I brang it back and they told me they can’t do anything about it . So I guess I wasted money on something I had no control over . Not happy at all. Other places would of replaced it no problem

Parking is terrible, website unreliable, online order pickups makes you feel like a prisoner. Management doesn’t trust you that’s why you behind glass. I’m not sure they like you. Their attitude is give me your money and get out. Safer to buy online. Look for the DATE. They’ll sell old stock.
