Kyle did a wonderful job from start to finish on our home loan. He was meticulous in the details and very easy to contact when questions arose. He even came to our closing. I've bought several houses and have never had a lender representative come to a closing. I'm sure I'll be using Kyle Gilliam and Caliber Home Loans in the future.

Kyle is always so on top of what is happening with interest rates, programs, and other details I can't wrap my mind around. He explained it all in a way that my wife and I could understand it... And he locked me into a ridiculously low interest rate that saves us so much money over the life of our loan. He also is diligently working on options for potentially refinancing a rental property's mortgage, which will save me 100 bucks a month that I can use for property improvements!
