Kyle was always more than willing to answer any and all questions I had and gave me tutorials which allowed me to better understand the process. He gave me timeline options which he broke down to better enable me to choose the one best for me. He was welcoming and warm and helped me feel comfortable with such a huge decision. Kyle made my Re-Fi PAINLESS! Each time I "worried" about "what's next", or anything, he reassured me I would be told. I finally just sat back & relaxed, and sure enough, he would request, I would provide, & sure enough, we got to the end of the journey before I knew it! I really appreciated the videos that are sent. So informative in the simplest of format. And, from start to sign... 31 days! Re-Fi's are averaging 60 days, at least. Thanks so much Kyle!
